Meduran acquires radiofrequency platforms and the applicators that run on them for installation at partner clinics in the European Union. We buy outright — no consignment, no brokerage fee. On this equipment the console is rarely the question: what decides the purchase is which applicators the platform actually activates, and whether their consumables can still be bought.
We buy complete platforms and we buy single applicators on their own — an applicator left behind after an upgrade is worth real money to us. If you hold another RF or microneedling platform in comparable condition, send it anyway — we review every offer.
Units are purchased for clinical use, not for parts. An applicator is only worth buying if it can be activated on the platform it is going to: tell us the generation and we will say straight away whether it fits.
These are firm. A unit that fails any one of them is declined regardless of price. The first two carry the most weight: on applicator-driven equipment a working console proves very little on its own.
| Generation and compatibility | Tell us the exact platform generation, and for an applicator, the platforms it is licensed to run on. Applicators do not carry over between generations, and the label on the handpiece does not always say which one it belongs to. Generation unknown and not readable in the software — declined |

| Consumables channel |
Applicators that work with single-use tips are only useful if the tips can still be bought. Second-hand listings are routinely marked does not include consumable support, which means the manufacturer will not supply the new owner. Tell us how tips are sourced today, and how many are included with the unit.
No route to consumables and no stock included — declined

| What is activated in the software | A photograph of the screen listing the applicators the console recognises, taken with the unit powered on. A handpiece in the case that the platform does not activate is a spare part, not an applicator, and we price it as one. |
| Identity and usage | The serial number on the chassis must match the one the software reports. Send the treatment or activation counters the software shows, per applicator where it separates them. We would rather see a high honest count than a suspiciously low one. |
| Pricing | NET price only — 0% VAT, intra-Community supply to our EU-registered entity. Payment by bank transfer, in full, on collection |
Send these with your NET price and we can give you a substantive answer the same week. Without them, any quote is provisional on both sides.
The label on the console, or on the applicator if that is what you are selling. Legible, including the model designation.
The software screen showing the platform generation and every applicator it recognises.
One photograph of the handpieces, their cables and connectors, and any unused tips that come with them.
Model, generation, NET price and the three photographs. A short email is enough — we do not ask sellers to fill in portals or register accounts.
We check the documentation against the criteria above and answer either way. If we decline, we say why — so you know what the next buyer will ask about.
A check of the unit under power: serial verification against the software, the list of activated applicators, treatment counters, and a short test activation of each handpiece. On site, or by live video where that is practical for you.
Payment on collection. We arrange decommissioning, preparation for transport, insurance and shipping at our own cost — handpieces, cables and any included tips travel with the console.
Not consignment, not a listing, not a commission. The unit becomes ours on collection and you are done with it.
Purchases are made by our EU-registered company in Slovakia at 0% VAT. Full company details and VAT identification are provided with the purchase order.
Removal, conservation for transport, insurance and carriage are handled and paid for by us. For a clinic closing down, that is usually the part that matters most.
We inspect once against a fixed list. If the unit passes, we buy at the agreed NET price. If it does not, we tell you which criterion it failed.
One addition that applies to equipment built around consumables. We ask about tips before we ask about price, and we would rather hear that there is no supply route early than discover it after collection. If you have unused stock, it is part of what we are buying and we pay for it — say how much there is.
Meduran is the equipment procurement operation of a company registered in Slovakia, European Union. We buy aesthetic and diagnostic equipment on behalf of clinics and install it into clinical use.
We are buyers, not brokers — we are not trying to place your unit with someone else for a margin. That is why the criteria on this page are specific and why we ask for screen photographs before quoting: we carry the risk of what we buy, so we would rather decline early than renegotiate at the loading dock.
Company registration details and VAT identification are provided on request, and with every purchase order.
Direct sellers — clinics, practices closing or upgrading — and established dealers are equally welcome. Write in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese or Russian.
